Friday nights are notorious for both planned and impromptu meets, a tradition that has been practiced for years and a great way to kick off the weekend for many. The first chance to cut loose from the traditional work week and enjoy a couple days of fun, for those in the car community it’s time to relax, catch up, and renew their shared passion for cars and tuning.

Last Friday night was a little different than the norm; NOS Energy Drinks along with NWMotiv.com and NWAutoEvents.com came together for one of the biggest and best meets this year with the Fast Five Premiere Car Show/Meet.

The event itself, the brain child of NOS Marketing Manager, Terry Vo, was an event in the works for some time, but unlike most events where you know the schedule and what’s going to happen, a lot of this event was kept under wraps and plans were not locked until the last minute. A new collaboration to be reckoned with, NOS Energy Drinks along with NWMotiv teamed up to produce, plan and execute the Fast Five premiere with precision.

The venue, the top floor of the Cascade parking structure at Southcenter Mall in Tukwila, Washington proved to be not only a really excellent meeting place because of the easy clearance for cars, but also centrally located in the greater Seattle area.

The top lot of the parking lot, which was reserved for more than 100 VIP cars, went beyond that. After the initial roll in for the event was done, NWMotiv staff handpicked cars from the lower levels to join the ranks for the VIPs up top. Some might even say the caliber of cars in the lower lots could have matched the levels up top!

The range of cars even caught the attention and interest of the off-duty officers who assisted in providing security for the event.  Their favorites were the Ford GT and Mustangs but showed just as much interest at the ingenuity and passion expressed in the other cars in attendance.

With the NOS girls in full force, a live DJ, and NOS drinks made available, it was all but what one would expect after watching any of the Fast & Furious movies. The crowds swelled in anticipation for the Fast Five premier but with the quality and breadth in the car show, no one was disappointed as there was something for everyone.
